Terms of Service
By placing an order with BestieThreads, you agree to the terms below. We keep them short, clear, and fair.
Orders & Customization
- Each item is made to order and often customized using artwork, photos, or text you provide.
- It’s your responsibility to ensure you own or have rights to use any images or text submitted.
- If you choose an artwork preview, we’ll send a digital mockup for approval. Lack of response after 48 hours counts as approval so we can keep your order moving.
- Once embroidery or production begins, orders can’t be canceled or changed.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- Payment is securely processed through Stripe or PayPal — we never see your full card number, only the last few digits for reference.
- Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes can’t be combined unless specifically stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Production time begins after artwork approval (or auto-approval). Transit times are determined by the carrier. We’ll provide tracking once your order ships.
Ownership and risk transfer to you when the carrier scans the package as accepted. We’re happy to help if a shipment goes missing — just contact hello@bestiethreads.com.
Returns & Replacements
Custom items are final sale. If we make a mistake or a product arrives defective, we’ll replace or refund it — just send photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery.
Non-custom accessories, if offered, follow the return policy on their product pages.
Rush Orders
If you select Rush Service and we miss our promised ship window due to our process, we’ll issue a store credit. Carrier delays or late approvals don’t qualify.
ThreadStory Pages
Each BestieThreads item includes a unique ThreadStory QR page. You agree not to post or share unlawful, harassing, or inappropriate content on those pages. We reserve the right to remove or hide content that violates reasonable standards.
Content & Image Use
When you publicly tag BestieThreads — including hashtags such as #bestiethreads, #bethebestie, or similar — you grant us permission to feature or repost those tagged images, videos, or captions on our social media, website, and marketing materials. We’ll always credit your public handle where possible.
This permission is limited to marketing use; you retain full ownership of your original content. If you’d like us to remove a shared post, just email hello@bestiethreads.com and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Liability
BestieThreads products are provided “as is.” We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of any product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as our business evolves. The latest version will always be posted here.
